3. Equipment Provided.
All our vans are equipped with trolleys, blankets, mattress covers, straps, and the necessary tools. These are provided at no additional cost as part of our standard service.
4. Delays.
In the event of delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, etc.), we will contact you to provide an updated estimated arrival time. We are not liable for any losses incurred by the client due to delays outside of our control. The customer is responsible for notifying us of any changes to the collection or delivery time that may affect the service.
5. Refusal of Certain Items.
The driver reserves the right to refuse the transport of certain items. Items that are explosive, illegal, or otherwise prohibited by UK law cannot be transported. We will inform you in advance if any items cannot be carried.

The responsibility for selecting the correct van size lies with the customer. If the incorrect size is chosen, any additional costs for the required van size will be borne by the customer.

After the work is completed and payment has been received, we are not responsible for any damaged or lost property. Any claims must be made at the time of the incident. We do not accept claims after payment has been made and our team has left the site. The customer is responsible for arranging additional insurance if necessary. In the case of a claim, the customer must provide evidence of the damage or loss at the time of the incident.
10. Insurance Coverage.
Transit goods are covered by insurance up to £10,000.
